Here's what I got back from Pauline Hwang and Steve Odiorne on this: Pauline: Your correct, looks like there was a goof in the review. No one caught that we forgot to command the HGA for that orbit. It occurred because it was right at the day boundaries. And I was talking with Dean and once in a while MAPGEN doesn't include that boundary orbit. Normally, it is caught in review and fixed, but this time it slipped by. Steve: MAPGEN should have created the appropriate command request and our automated review tool should have caught the missing commands. We're looking into both tools to see what happened. I didn't catch it in the review either. I don't normally review every measurement, but randomly look at different ones. I also didn't catch it in the script. I believe that this is the first time this happens. If the SOE does not have the right commands, the script and log will not have start and stop recording times, therefore, the RSR will not record. This is what happened for 16235i. Commands were missing in the SOE, so there were no recording start and stop times in the script and log, and the RSR skipped that measurement. I should've caught it, but I didn't. I used to check every measurement in the sequence using the simplified SOE that comes out of "simplesoe," which is much easier to check. Lesson learned.
