The reason 10 measurements are planned is for playback. 48 hours of continuous station coverage are required to collect a full set (12 measurement) of egresses: 12 hours to conduct egresses, and 12 hours for playback. The DSN schedulers were unable to get such DSN coverage, so only 10 measurements are possible this time around. All measurements have already been scripted, and will all be monitored.
