Instead of using 60, I used 40, and even though the command was being setup on the RSR at SPC-60, if the wrong SPC is specified, the script will not run. I normally am not able to pinpoint the cause of the scripting error, but I wonder how many were due to this wrong SPC thing. Personally, I think this option should be defaulted to the SPC where the RSR is, so there's no need to specify the SPC unless the script is executing at another SPC.
