At first glance, I thought the times were 2250 BOT and 2251 enter occultation. Okay, I see what you mean about the hour after BOT. Turns out there are two conflicts. Here's the orbit events: 356/22:34 Exit Earth Occultation 356/22:50 DSS-45 BOT 356/23:51 Enter Earth Occultation So we were in the "middle" of an orbit when BOT occurred. Normally, we probably would have caught that in review and sequenced the orbit anyway, but there was a conflict with a ROTO, which was occurring on that orbit also. We are not allowed to do ROTOs and sequence the HGA movements at the same time.
