The software that generates the pass script and notification includes every measurement between pre-cal and post-cal in the files. I normally try to capture measurements during pre-cal, but I remove all measurements after EOT unless they start prior to EOT. For 17297i, I removed it from the script, but forgot to remove it from the notification. Please ignore it. So 17297i was not removed from the script? -------------------------------------------------------------------------- From aseel@godzilla.jpl.nasa.gov Wed Jan 22 06:36:38 2003 Date: Tue, 21 Jan 2003 15:31:33 -0800 (PST) From: Aseel Anabtawi To: rsimpson@magellan.stanford.edu Cc: kusza@magellan.stanford.edu Subject: Re: 2003/020 at DSS 25 > If true, we would have queried and found no data, yes? I generated the script on rsops2, sent it to the RSR, activated it, noticed it had a measurement after EOT, edited script on rsops2, but did not re-send and reactivate on RSR! I should've checked the RSR log before sending this. In my dump of the orbit files that we have, I see the following: two way doppler pass from DSS 45 ending at 01/19 23:45 one way doppler pass from DSS 63 01/20 03:50 to 12:23 one way doppler pass from DSS 25 01/20 16:24 to 20:06 one way doppler pass from DSS 45 01/20 23:17 to 01/21 00:56 two doppler pass from DSS 45 starting at 01/21 00:56 Was this 24-hr period with only one-way data really the case, or are we missing data (either due to an error in our prepreprocessor, or due to a missed orbit data file)? My DSN schedule shows only the DSS 63 (MSPA) and DSS 25 passes scheduled for 2003/020. The other passes that overlapped into day 020 were scheduled to stop/start at midnight. The DSS 63 pass, as MSPA, would have been one-way. The uplink probably was going to Odyssey. The DSS 25 pass is not shown as MSPA, so I would have guessed there would have been an uplink. Perhaps Sami can check this. I have no unusual notes in my file on 020.
