I think we should increase the fgain values for all stations, and not just DS-65 and DSS-25. I suggest we use the following: DSS-65 and DSS-25: 62 dB DSS-26: 63 dB All other 34-m antennas: 61 dB I've already made changes to the scripts to reflect the above, starting with the ongoing DSS-54 pass (DOY 144). I also asked Doug not to delete measurements from the notifications if they are lost. I will resend the notification for DSS-25 so that it includes the lost measurement. Also, the third measurement (18799i, starting at 143/14:14:00) did not capture ingress. Signal disappeared around 14:17:50 due to EAT, and ingress was expected around 14:21:09. It should've been removed from the notification, but since it was included in the one that you already have, I will not delete it from the one I'm about to send. Thanks for making the real-time changes and saving the data, Doug! Excellent job! Sorry you had to wakeup at 3 am. The original plan was to have the campaign later in the week, but it was moved earlier because the DSN coverage was better and 12 egress measurements (full set) can be scheduled. Egresses will take place over DSS-25, -34, -63, and -15. The first egress measurement (18836e) will start at 6:36 am on 5/26 (DOY 146), and the last (18847e) will end at 4:21 am on 5/27 (DOY 147). Elias Barbinis, Doug Johnston and I will take turns in monitoring the measurements. Also on DOY 146 is a GSSR test. This is a repeat of the test that failed a couple of months ago, but it is a bit longer this time around. We will need to let the Project know if our data were impacted by GSSR. More info about the test are below.
