DSS-55 is not officially operational until November 1st, so the passes that are scheduled prior to that are demo passes. The measurements over the pass on DOY 293 were fine, but there was no signal in the data from the pass on DOY 300. There was one DR submitted on that day (DR# M102048) for late AOS (11 minutes late), but I couldn't find anything else that would explain the missing signal. You're probably unable to query the data because the station info needs to be added to some software. I'll ask a couple of people to look into this.
