problem is. For the DSS-55 passes, I've been using DSN generated predicts since I cannot generate RS predicts until a couple of files are updated to include DSS-55 info (one was updated, but the other still needs to be done, and it's not something that I can do, but someone is working on it). For the pass on DOY 293, there was one version of the predicts, so I used it, and the data were fine (signal present). For the pass on DOY 300, there were two versions of the predicts. My understanding is that In general, we should use the latest version of the predicts. There was no signal in the data. I suspected that it was a predicts problem, but I looked at the predicts (station, time/date), and they looked fine. For the pass on DOY 305, there were again two versions of the predicts, and I used the latest one, and there was no signal. I looked at both versions of the predicts more carefully and compared the header info: The first (Version 1) has "D/L CHL-20 USO" and the second (2) has "D/L CHL-16 AUX OSC." I should've been using V1 instead of the latest version (V2). For tonight's pass (DOY 306), I'm using V1, so I'm expecting the data to have a signal.
