MGS will have the uplink on the first orbit of the pass to uplink any instrument nipcs, then the uplink will be swapped to ODY. Because two spacecraft will require the uplink during the pass, the DSN will need more pre-cal time, which will slip the BOT from 1515 to 1545. MGS has an overlapping DSS-43 pass, which EOT at 1535, only 10 minutes of coverage will be lost with this change. Looking at the MM321A sequence, MGS will have finished the Partition 1 playback before DSS-43 EOT, but the Radio Science ingress measurement will be lost due to the 10 minute outage, (unless DSS-55 is able to come up early). This change has been approved by Gene Brower and Bob Mase. Pauline P.S.
