My fault. The MGS script was supposed to execute on RSR2A. I was covering the Cassini pass the night before, and was recording on RSR3, but was not sure about the data quality on RSR3, so thought that I could use RSR2A/B to record Cassini data since the Cassini pass ended a few hours before the beginning of the MGS pass. However, I forgot to quit out of the RSR at the end of the Cassini pass, so when it was time for the MGS script to execute, it failed. DSS-34: I can't find the files for this pass, and someone closed the window that I used to script it, so I couldn't do a "history" to find out if it was a scripting error. No evidence of anyone using the RSR, so it was most likely a scripting error. DSS-65: The RSRs could not "verify" due to an IF switch problem. According to the RSR group, the IFS was reconfigured incorrectly. The reason is that DSS-55 came up online, and was plugged in to the IF switch, and someone at Madrid must've reconfigured the IF switch to reflect the new antenna (DSS-55), and they must've reconfigured the names on the subsystems on the outputs and they put the wrong names in there (used FSR instead of RSR (or VSR for VLBI)), and that's why the RSRs couldn't verify. I'm a bit confused since we've already had a few DSS-55 passes, so why would the station wait until DOY 316 to make the changes. I left the RSR group a message. Sorry about all the data loss. -Aseel
