Once I realized there was a problem, I switched to RSR2B. Steve Rogstad (RSR group) said that the problem was with a bad power supply in the digitizer unit. At the time the cause of the problem was identified, he said that it could possibly be fixed just by cycling the power. If not, he would need to go to Goldstone to replace the power supply. Steve called today from Goldstone and said that he replaced the 21 V power supply, and RSR1 is now up and running.
