DR# 102429 Duration: 2004 109 08:55 - 2004 109 09:30 Description: Late AOS. Unable to acquire downlink. DSS-63 did not detect any signal either. Receiver lock was achieved at 092351z with a signal level of -159dBm, and this right after a scheduled TLM Mod OFF took place, per SOE. Under these conditions (no TLM mod), signal level should have been around -132dBm. DSS-43 and DSS-63 now also acquired with signal levels of around - 153dBm, commensurate with their respective antennae efficiency. Corrective Action: None. Anomaly cleared after next occultation exit.
