For the example you attached the plot for, he found out that there was no uplink ramp to MGS (from the tracking data that captures the uplink ramp). He also found from the schedule that was an MSPA pass with Odyssey. There is a chance ODY was in two-way and getting an uplink while MGS was in one-way. We have had this configuration before without causing a problem but something could have gone wrong. We'll keep checking other possible causes.
