However, there was simultaneous coverage at DSS-54, and both measurements were acquired there. Also, orbit 28873i at DSS-54 was not recorded due to an RSR usage conflict with MEX. It was, however, recorded on the VSR and will be provided at a later date, once translated to RSR format.
