No further DSN coverage is scheduled at this time. Our last DSN pass occurred on Sunday, 1/28/07. There were a LOT of folks involved with the recovery effort from November 2, 2006 through January 28, 2007. It would be impossible to thank them all personally. Yet, please know that although unsuccessful in "finding" MGS, ALL efforts were extremely appreciated! The support from the DSN, the NOPEs, all the folks in the dark room of building 230 (Data Control, Ops Chief, TSS, Com) and the Radio Science engineers (Danny Kahan and others) was simply outstanding! This "outstanding" effort wasn't for only one or two days. It was for the entire 88 days we worked to recover MGS. Thank you very, very much - from the entire MGS project!. Other items: - MRO will continue to look for MGS with their Star Tracker, starting again on the 7th of February. No confirmed MGS "sightings" identified. - The NASA Process Review is in progress. - We will have a tag up on Monday (2/5/07) at 9:15MST. I've worked a lot of missions with a lot of different people, but I have never worked with a better group that has done so much with so little. You are all the best, just like our mission - and never forget it! BW At 12:12 PM 2/2/2007, Martin, Kyle W wrote: >Mission operations has ceased for MGS.
