We are still getting new files: EOP, ION, TRO, WEA. Should I continue to log
them in and list them in occasional health reports?

  Ray:

  I think we can turn off all of the MGS automatic data gathering
  processes EXCEPT the ones that go to NAIF (for AGK, TCK, SPK, etc.)
  and the ones that go to Goddard (GDN).  I'm expecting a few files
  to continue to dribble in from both NAIF and Goddard.

  So we can stop MGS data collection from OSCARX, the DOM (through
  mger1, including SAF), and the queries for RSR, TNF, ECH, and MCH.
