On Tuesday, the spacecraft team presented an overview of MGS Mission Ops and discussed various details of the General Memory Load Error. Tours were given of the MSA and STLs (MGS as well as Odyssey, Spitzer and MRO). The MGS Uplink Process was presented in the afternoon. With the overview completed on Tuesday - Wednesday was a day in which each of the subsystems presented material and discussed their subsystem state prior to and at the time of the anomaly. Additional discussions included original SCP differences noted from the Sept '05 MRO, SA offset philosophy, temperature/power interaction and recovery efforts. Finally, training and certification was discussed in the afternoon - followed by interviews of various SCT members by the panel. Today - the focus was on Action Items. Several were completed and presented this morning. 28 Action Items are identified. Only 4 remain open as data is gathered for work towards closure.
