Ripple time is variable, but may be somewhat earlier on 1999/080 than on 1999/079. The second occultation at DSS 65 (1999/080-23:51:00) appears to have ripples about 4 minutes prior to ingress. Signals in all occultations drifted more than usual. Drift in the recording at DSS 65 starting at 1999/080-22:37:00 was about 250 Hz over 25 minutes. It appears that the spacecraft may have been one-way throughout this entire period. There is a change in carrier level (-15 dB) at both stations about 4 minutes after egress, but the frequency does not change. "-1" under "Records Missing" indicates that our script was not able to determine the number of missing records; in fact, no records are missing. We are continuing to investigate the reasons behind this behavior.
