Data from 088 and 089 were collected in support of calibration activities after HGA deployment. Data at 50K sampling rate were recorded on tape, delivered to JPL, and transferred to Stanford via ftp. 1999/083: Spectral ripples are present in egress data (3 occultations). The final occultation (ingress at 1999/083-22:27:00) had large (+/-1 dB) fluctuations in carrier amplitude leading up to the occultation. 1999/084: Spectral ripples are present in egress data (3 occultations). Surface echoes are visible in 5 occultations. 1999/085: Spectral ripples are present in 2 of 3 egress occultations. Carrier drifts more than usual in the last (ingress) occultation; this sometimes results when DSN tuning predicts are used in place of radio science predicts. Surface echoes are visible in 3 occultations. 1999/086: Spectral ripples are present in egress occultations (3 occultations). No data were collected on the last (ingress) occultation when the radio science remote operations system could not find the script. Surface echoes are visible in 2 of the 5 occultations. 1999/087: ADC's were saturated in all four occultations recorded at DSS 25. The recording at DSS 34 has no signal. One occultation at DSS 25 was lost to "script not found". One occultation at SPC 40 was lost to a SPA-R initialization failure; another was lost when the DSP was apparently not in the link. Two digit years in all DSS 25 data were erroneously set to 19 in DSP headers.
