The following four occultations (all at DSS 63) suffered from 60 Hz spurs (and harmonics) on both sides of the carrier. The DSS 15 occultations starting at 1999/143-02:30:00 and 03:05:00 have no signal. Cause of the anomaly is unknown. Four DSS 45 occultations were lost because the SPC server was down. Start times were 1999/143-10:21:00 through 12:53:00, inclusive. The data starting 1999/144-00:07:41 began 101 sec later than expected and contain enough errors they have not been successfully processed with our quick-look software. They may have been collected with a 100 Hz filter (rather than the 2000 Hz filter). Data beginning 1999/144-00:39:00 contain only about 2 minutes of carrier, as it sweeps through the passband. This suggests a bad set of open-loop tuning predicts, though the following occultation appears normal.
