The DSS 65 antenna stopped tracking at 17:55. Signal in data beginning 1999/146-03:05:00 started about 5 dB below and became weaker. The DSS 15 antenna began having tracking problems. The seven occultations beginning 1999/146-03:05:00 that could not be found have now been accounted for. See below for details. The erratum in report HEA9145A.TXT should be updated as follows: Ingress data starting 1999/143-20:10:00 stopped early (20:14:25, and before the occultation) so will not be useful for science. The DSP succumbed to numerous errors.
