Data starting at 1999/151-17:00:00 have low, ragged carrier levels and and irregular noise baseline. The carrier SNR is about 10 dB lower than normal. This suggests bad weather on the horizon at the beginning of the DSS 65 pass. The next occultation suffers from similar, but less severe, problems. The last six occultations in the DSS 15 pass have not been found in the Mgs_CDR_QueryServer.
