The connection between the remote ops workstation and the DSP was down, so Trish Priest couldn't script the pass. Two occultations at DSS 45 starting 1999/175-09:16:00 and 11:13:00 (1313i and 1314i) have not been found. During the same pass, all other occultations between 1999/175-05:46:00 and 13:51:00 (1312e through 1316e, inclusive) have an unusual +/1 dB modulation on sample power. The modulation has a period of about 35 sec and appears on both the carrier and noise. The first and last occultations of the pass do not seem to have been affected. Four occultations at DSS 34 between 1999/176-10:45:00 and 13:23:00 (1326i through 1328e, inclusive) have not been found. Data starting 1999/178-05:54:00 (1348i) may have been contaminated by spurs at the time of ingress. Eight occultations at DSS 34 from 1999/178-07:51:00 through 14:24:00 (1349i through 1353e, inclusive) have not been found. Trish Priest has reported seeing HGA rewind effects on real-time data, but we don't see anything at Stanford yet (through 1999/178-07:00:00). We are still a bit behind in capturing open-loop files, however.
