Uplink ramping was OFF during data collection using other antennas. Data beginning 1999/315-22:07:00 ended prematurely at 22:13:34. We located another 40 sec of data about two minutes later; and there may be more. Since there appears to be no signal, we have only saved the first segment. Data beginning 1999/313-23:04:00 and 1999/315-22:07:00 were collected using a 'backup' 2000 Hz filter. Although the hardware was tuned to X-band RCP (channel 1), the data records will indicate that the source was X-band LCP (channel 3).
