Trish Priest reports that the DSS 34 antenna was declared red during the period of the first recording, and occultation 3969e was lost as a result. DSS 45 was then utilized for the two subsequent recordings without the knowledge of the Radio Science Support Team, and occultations 3969i and 3970e were lost as well. The signal level at DSS 54 has been fully restored after four consecutive days with amplitude at least 10 dB below normal. The open-loop data for occultation 3971i at DSS 54 are missing. The reason is unknown. The start time for this recording was 2000/027T12:38:00. Occultations 3974i (2000/027T18:31:00) and 3975e (2000/027T19:08:00) were recorded at both SPC 10 and SPC 60. The signal level in the 2000/028T10:12:00 data has random fluctuations on the order of 0.5 dB.
