The DSP was rebooted twice during the pass. Occultation 3990i (2000/028T01:53:00) was lost when the DSP was not back in time following a reboot. The quicklook spectra exhibit unusual behavior for the recording at 2000/028T22:35:00, and it is possible that this occultation (3989e) may also be lost due to POCA misbehavior. Data for occultation 3992e on 2000/029T04:28:00 at DSS 34 are missing. The reason in unknown. There are oscillations in the signal level for all recordings at DSS 45 on 2000/030. The amplitude of the oscillation is up to 2 dB peak-peak, and the period is approximately 2 minutes. Notification was never received regarding data collection during a pass at SPC 10 starting on 2000/030. If open-loop data were acquired during this pass, we will issue the appropriate queries today. There was no pass at SPC 40 on 2000/031. Data for three recordings at DSS 65 (occultations 4019i-4020i) on 2000/031 are lost because the predicts did not load.
