During a majority of the time levels were so high that they completely saturated the analog-to-digital converters. Signal levels during occultation 8185i (DSS 34, start time 2001/005- 20:30:00) were so high they completely saturated the A/D converters. Aseel Anabtawi reported that problems were encountered during data acquisition for these two occultations. Several changes in attenuator settings were tried in real time, but nothing seemed to help. Cause for the problems is not known. It is likely that data from these two occultations will not be useful for science. Data from occultation 8191i (DSS 65, start time 2001/006-08:16:00) have not been found. Aseel has confirmed the data were collected. Two calls to Data Control have netted nothing. Data from occultations 8199i and 8200i (DSS 45, start times 2001/006- 23:58:00 and 2001/007-01:55:00) were lost when data taking scripts could not be found by the data acquisition equipment. Aseel has confirmed the scripts were in place. Cause of the problem is not known. Data from occultation 8205i (DSS 15, start time 2001/007-11:44:00) were lost when receiver tuning predicts did not load. Data from occultation 8217i (DSS 25, start time 2001/008-11:16:00) have very erratic signal levels. It is not clear that the occultation can be identified. These data will not likely be useful for science. Data from occultation 8218i (DSS 25, start time 2001/008-13:14:00) have erratic carrier levels (+/-2 dB) for more than a minute before ingress and for several tens of seconds after. During the entire recording there are large spurs 120 Hz to either side of the carrier and high noise levels around the carrier. These data, if useful for science, will probably be of low quality.
