Didn't even ride Doc. I scripted 60, but the DSP was in "COPY MODE". I had conversations with Data Control and Ops Chief from home. Ended up rebooting. Still had problems. Tim finally got the third one at DSS 65 to work. Now we have to give up the DSP to GLL. But I'm not sure what was wrong if Tim got the last one to work just by resending the run command. I will retransmit tomorrow morning. The DSP shouldn't overwrite the data. I sent it on to the NOPEs and SCT. GLL only records at 200 sps, so they didn't write much data to the disk. We certainly didn't given the COPY MODE problem, so tomorrow's retransmission should be good. GLL has the DSP for the first part of tomorrow's DSS 65 pass. (This is the last week of sharing for a while.) Oh, before I forget, the one measurement that you get from DSS 54 may suffer from the IF switch 10 dB low signal problem. I flipped the switch several times once it was out of COPY MODE, but apparently it didn't help. First, some of the two-way Doppler from DSS 54 on 5/15/00 beginning about 15:16:00 UTC ERT had a "sawtooth" pattern with a period of 3 minutes and an amplitude of 2.5 Hz. (ISA Z69231) Second, DOY 134 between 09:35 and 16:45 UTC NEAR tracking data flowed into the MGS data stream at DSS 25.
