In each case, I got "No data available in the nert cache" so the bits have not reached Mgs_CDR_QueryServer. If it looks as though the data left the station, it may be necessary to contact Data Control and ask them to prod it along. There are several steps, and I don't know the details. The DSP had to be rebooted at the last minute. The spcserver had to be restarted and re-synced. But there was no mention in the correspondence as to why the DSP had to be re-booted.
