Elias called the station and they said the reason was that there was a mode change from 1-way to 3-way which caused the signal to temporarily disappear! I'm confused! TWNC was on for our measurement, so how could there be a mode change! There was nothing in the SOE that was out of the ordinary. I'll investigate this further on Monday (or Tuesday actually. Monday is a holiday at JPL). The third measurement (8283i) was lost because the antenna was red (DR# A05048). By the way, the first measurement might still be of use for science since the signal was continuously present for about two minutes (maybe more) before ingress.
