It feels like this just happend. > Data starting 1999/189-07:10:31 began late and ended early. There is >no signal in the data collected. Reasons for these problems are not known. The DSP was running already when I logged in to check it for the DSS 45 pass last night. I had to idle and configure by hand -- which took too long over a 56k modem. That is why it started late. I idled early because we had already lost the egress, and I needed to do some more configuration before the next one ran (and before I could go to sleep). I suspect that there was no signal because our predicts did not load correctly the first time (directory full), and the DSP was running on 2-way predicts. SPC 40 has been doing testing on the DSPs. They are concerned that DSP 1 is having phase glitches as I mentioned last week. DSP 2 is having other problems which undoubtedly corrupt the data, so DSP 1 is still safer. More on other anomalies later today. . . -Trish
