It looks like there should be a file 9297298A.ODF, ... but no such file is present. In fact in our processing, there is about a 24-hr gap - from about 991024 13:59 to 991025 14:39. Sorry to keep pestering you, but is this a real period of no tracking by the DSN, or just a missing ODF? I looked in my records (including the SOE) and didn't find anything to explain this one. Trish said she would investigate, so I'll leave this one to her. This could be a case where we missed the ODF again and will need to have it regenerated.
