Hello, Dick,

The DSP did not go into run for orbit 3086 data (DSS 34 320/04:05:00).

We used our own predicts at DSS 54 on DOY 320.  Does it still look like uplink ramping is being performed?

Also, the ten minute periods of one-way are discontinued in the next sequence which begins about 321/23:57.  We will collect whatever is available.
