We have submitted ISA Z44205. Because of the weekend, we have not had an opportunity to request these data again. Depending on time, we may have to write them off as "lost." We have been advised that 3 ATDFs are available on OSCAR2 at JPL. The Internet ftp process only transferred 10 MB in approximately 2 hrs this morning, however. So we have terminated the process and will seek a better time to transfer the data. Although OSCAR2 seems to have more disk capacity than OSCAR, ftp requests for data tend to be somewhat slower. Today's slow response is extreme. Since a typical ATDF is about 40 MB, the 3 files pending could take 24 hrs to transfer at current rates. We chose data from USO Test #10, which had the lowest Allan Deviation of the Cruise tests. It was passed through our software that corrects for deterministic geometrical and instrumental effects, then plotted as a power spectrum. The data plotted represents nearly a half hour of coherently processed samples and gives a resolution in the power spectrum of approximately 600 microHz. The 3-dB width of the carrier was less than 3 bins, or less than 1.8 milliHz. See Figure HEA7272A.PS1.
