Apparently the server at JPL was upgraded early in the week; but the last two days we have had difficulty connecting to the backup (Mgs_SCT_QueryServer). Each day we have eventually found a solution that worked. We are back on Mgs_MASTER_QueryServer today. No ISA's have been submitted, and we will not do so unless the current configuration fails again. SOPC tests with the old tape drive continue (successfully). The CD writer remains non-functional.
