The old formats (.soe suffix) are no longer appearing. Since neither of the new formats carries an SFDU header, we have been unable to ingest SOE files since this change. This morning, after some further investigation, we prepared an ISA. The ISA could not be submitted because 4-digit years are now required in two of the fields on the form. But the fields themselves do not accept 4-digit years. We have sent an e-mail to Joy Bottenfield noting the fault with the ProblemReporting system. When that is corrected, we will resume detective work on the SOE problem. Note that a new Maneuver Performance Data (MPD) file is available.
