Twelve hours later the process was still active on our SOPC, but the output file had not been updated and Data Control showed no corresponding process in the MASTER query server. This appears to be the same anomaly that we had last Friday (see HEA8306A.TXT). We eventually killed the query and ran what data we had (about 40 minutes) through Stanford software to get the summary below. We have submitted ISA Z48870. In the interests of time, we will not resubmit the query. Open loop data were collected this morning; if queries for the corresponding engineering data fail, we will be much more interesting in getting the problem fixed next time.
