A maneuver during apoapsis made tuning predictions invalid. The ingress portion of this occultation pair was not even recorded. Data starting at 1998/324-14:06:00 have been transferred at least twice. Ten records (#9040-9049) are missing, where the first record transferred was #7801. SNR at DSS 65 is running about 7-8 dB below SNR at other antennas. DSS 54 may be 2-3 dB low; but the DSS 65 discrepancy is far more noticeable. Note especially the SNR from DSS 45 starting at 1998/327-02:45:00 compared with the SNR from DSS 65 starting at 1998/327-02:47:00. This was the SAME occultation recorded at two antennas. The elevation angle at 45 was half and the SNT reported was nearly double; yet the SNR from 45 was 7.8 dB HIGHER (see table below).
