We have begun saving CSV (Channelized State Vectors) in the raw data archive. These are the individual measurements summarized in the tables below. The CSV was dropped as an archival product during most of Orbit Insertion to reduce data volume. Now that the channelized spacecraft engineering data is closer to 20 MB per day than 200 MB per day, the additional 30% required for CSV files has less impact on total data volume. CSV files are ASCII tables; one is created for the spacecraft data and a second is created for DSN monitor data. All ingress occultations at DSS 65 have amplitude variations +/-0.3 dB resulting from ramping and receiver filter ripple. Generally, all ingress occultations have about 16 dB lower SNR because telemetry is ON. 3 occultations (start times 1999/057-08:59:00 through 10:57:00, inclusive) were lost to Y2K tests at SPC 10. 7 occultations (start times 1999/057-11:47:00 through 13:44:00, inclusive, and 1997/057-19:38:00 through 23:33:00, inclusive) were lost because of NADIR Tests on the spacecraft. The occultation at 1999/058-02:39:00 has a very short ingress baseline; an FRO was used to move the carrier into the passband about 90 seconds before ingress.
