The data quality was actually very good. There were small carrier amplitude fluctuations with a magnitude of approximately 0.4 dB peak-peak and a period of approximately 9 minutes. I used the 7297314A.SPK SP-kernel to steer the data (spk_i_971024_OD028_038_V1). My USO frequency estimate for the test is 8423152974.22 Hz. The USO carrier frequency continues to increase at a rate of approximately 0.175 Hz/day. The Allan deviation estimates are as follows (no attempt was made to compensate for spacecraft attitude changes): t AD ------ ---------- 0.4096 2.4220e-12 1.6384 6.7116e-13 3.2768 3.0365e-13 6.5536 2.0075e-13 26.2144 1.8516e-13 The data were recorded at DSS 45.
