The pass was also one-way, so we obtained just over an hour of one-way data before the occultation. We used Radio Science-generated predicts for the first time. The signal remained in the center of the bandpass for the entire pass. Today's data will be moved to the TDS manually tomorrow morning. The data will be transferred manually until a permissions issue in the automatic system is resolved. This measurement was over DSS-15. Once again, RS-generated predicts were used. The signal strength appears to be between 40 and 45 dB above the noise on the SSI display. There were no apparent problems. The DSP was set in the standard configuration. The time of the recording was 02:36 to 03:36. I have processed the ODR from this period to estimate USO Allan deviation. The data were steered with an SP-kernel (spk_i_980127_OD108_118_V1) which should have contained a reconstructed trajectory during the time of the recording. I did not compensate for antenna motion due to changes in spacecraft attitude. The SNR was 42 dB/Hz. Yesterday, I estimated the USO frequency to be drifting at a rate of 129 mHz/day from all of occultation data which I have processed between 98/025 and 98/035.
