When Jennifer changed the script format for Joe, a bug was introduced such that 044 was interpretted as octal because I left the leading zero in. (Paula and I usually don't leave the leading zero in, so we had not encountered this before.) Anyway, the DSP was ready to take data on DOY 036 1999. That is why it didn't idle when I expected it to do so. Sorry for the data loss.
