The CDB was down, so we could not obtain OPTG or SPK files. We used the DSN-generated predicts, and we obtained the timing from the SOE (which is available on the Web). Record time: 046/08:21:00 to 046/08:36:00 One-way times: 046/08:22:33 to 046/08:35:30 Expected Surface: 046/08:33:30 SPK: not available at this time SOE: p132a.01.soe Script: 98046.45.a131.scr No attenuation changes.
