At 5 records per second, the gap of missing data is 1.4 seconds. I *believe* that the missing data gap occurs at 09:15 (on the day following the start of the experiment). According to Trish, the occultation was expected at 06:01. I will go ahead and reprocess the ODR (in a new directory) and over-ride the termination on missing records.
