DOY 106-107 DSS 65 pass ends at 18:30 DSS 42 pass begins at 02:00 Ingress occultation: 23:41 to 23:59 Egress occultation and gravity: 00:16 to 00:55 It requires extra manual set up at the station to use the DSP at DSS 42. The station rebooted the DSP three times in order to try to get it up and running before the occultation, but it didn't happen. Sal says that the LARK disk attached to the SPA-R may be having problems and should be replaced. The DSP should be functional before the next occultation at SPC 10 which occurs Friday. I am awaiting a DR number. In the first case, there is a very well defined set of harmonics with what looks to be 20 Hz spacing. In the second case, the harmonics are not as well defined. In both cases, however, the spurs can even be seen pretty clearly in the PREPLOOK spectra. Joe
