Hello, Dick,

I am still stuffed up.  My cold turned into sinusitis, if you have heard
of that.  It means that my head is still in a box.  I should have stayed
in London until my cold went away.

Do you happen to know if Dave Hinson is in today?  The Aerobraking Phase
2 Occultation change request comes before the change board on Tuesday,
and I need to get my ducks in a row.

Also, the next team meeting is approaching quickly.  Do you have anything
for the agenda?  Sal has been working with SPC 60 in attempts to find
the 6db.  They swapped things in and out of the link and bypassed other
pieces of equipment, but they didn't find anything.  Sal is going to
repeat the test at SPC 10 to see if it works the same.  Sal has also
been working on the sawtooth.  He made a lot of test tapes, and he saw
one sawtooth.  He thinks that it may be related to the mode (mode 2 vs
mode 1) of the DSP.  He is going to make some more test tapes in mode 1
to see whether or not he sees a sawtooth in that mode.
