Hello,

Periapsis 396 occurred at DSS 15. Paula and I were both on jury duty
during this pass, so the MGS ACE coordinated this support.  I have not
heard anything to the contrary, so the data should be two-way.

Times of interest (all UTC ERT):

180-17:51:22  switch to LGA
180-17:56:03  receivers in lock on LGA signal TWO-way (approximate)
180-18:01:59  ISH - begin slew to NADIR
180-18:33:59  Periapsis 396
180-18:45:56  receiver out of lock before this time
180-18:46:01  ISH - begin rollout
180-19:06:01  ANS
180-19:17:52  switch back to HGA

The next gravity pass (since this notice is being sent out after P398) is
Periapsis 402 (approximately 183-16:26 UTC ERT).
