Periapsis 406 occurred at DSS 15.

Times of interest (all UTC ERT):

185-14:14:45  switch to LGA
185-14:25:22  ISH - begin slew to NADIR
185-14:32:04  receivers in lock on LGA signal ONE-way (approximate)
185-14:57:22  Periapsis 406
185-15:09:24  ISH - begin rollout
185-15:12:35  receiver out of lock before this time
185-15:29:24  ANS
185-15:41:15  switch back to HGA

The receivers were also in lock on the LGA signal during these short
periods: 14:23:58 to 14:29:22
15:31:59 to 15:41:13
