Tom's Machine sends me e-mail when it receives ODS data. Anyway, there is data on the MASTER QueryServer for the following time period: 197-08:55:20 to 197-09:38:42. A nominal 1 Hz equivalent SNR of 50.3 dB is consistent with the data for all test intervals. That corresponds to a system temperature of 33.9K (assuming -133 dBm injection). The measured value at the station was 27.1K, which would have been consistent with SNR = 51.3 dB. The repeatability of the SNR values and the fact the current discrepancy is well below the 3-6 dB found earlier from spacecraft observations suggests again (with the results of tests from 1998/191) that the SPC 60 problem is no longer present.
