Hello,

For the first three Phobos encounters, the other science instruments will
not be recording during periapsis because they will be recording Phobos
data.  Therefore, the spacecraft is not NADIR pointed during periapsis
-- it is HGA to Earth.  The first occurrence was during periapsis 476
(219-13:43:45 ERT UTC). DSS 65 was tracking.  The spacecraft started
slewing for the Phobos encounter at 14:08:52.

As soon as I find out, I will let you know whether or not the other two
encounters happen during tracking coverage.
